Wood and finish

This spindle is made from maple, a light but strong wood with a clean, even look.
The pink shaft is hand-colored and finished with hardwax oil to prevent staining your fiber.

Use and weight

As a size 4, this spindle is slightly larger and heavier than a size 3.
It’s perfect for longer spinning sessions, art yarn, or anyone who likes a bit more weight and a slightly thicker yarn.
